This research highlighted the results of a survey that was conducted in China in which more than 1,000 children were asked to answer IQ tests and to fill out a questionnaire that aims to determine their breakfast routines. In this survey, it was revealed that the results of the IQ tests of children who have a regular breakfast meal are higher than the results of children who do not eat breakfast regularly. This outcome establishes the fact that breakfast can indeed help people function better mentally and that it is indeed the most important meal of the day.
