Suja Juice Cleanse [Is It Worth It?]

If you’ve a moment to spare, sit down and take the time to think about what you’ve been feeding your body – from the air you breathe to the little things you put in your mouth. Now, how many toxins do you think you’ve accumulated over the years and how much more can your body actually take? Toxin build-up can take its toll on your body and your health, which causes inflammation and a weak immune system. If you can’t remember the last time you had a cleanse, then today might be the right time for you to decide on doing it. Introducing the Suja Juice Fresh Start Program aka the Suja Juice Cleanse.

Suja Juice, also known as Suja Essentials 3 Day Fresh Start, is the answer to your cleansing needs. Suja Juice is a juice cleanse that comes with a meal plan that will guide you through your 3-day reboot. Packed in this cold pressured organic juice are antioxidants, amino acids, and all other necessary nutrients needed to cleanse the body and leave it refreshed.

Here’s how the Suja Juice Cleanse works.

Suja Juice 3 Day Fresh Start consists of 18 juices and is taken in 6 bottles for three days. It’s recommended that you drink 1 bottle every 2-3 hours and should be taken in the following order:

Glow

This green juice begins your day and should be taken for breakfast. It consists of 2 apples, 6 celery stalks, 1/2 a cucumber, a handful of spinach, 3 collard leaves, 3 kale leaves, and peppermint. What I love about this juice is that the amount of apple is just enough to sweeten the juice. This combination is a great way to kick-start your day.

Fuel

Taken during mid-morning, this juice contains 9 carrots, 1 orange, 1 apple, a slice of pineapple, 1/2 a lemon, and an inch of turmeric. The mixture of these great items makes this juice appealingly sweet.

Purify

For lunch, this bottle of goodness is made of 7 carrots, 1 apple, 2 celery stalks, 1/4 of a cucumber, 1/2 a beet, and 1/2 a lemon. This tastes a little less sweet and earthy compared to the Fuel juice.

Fiji

For your mid-afternoon snack, take this bottle that contains 2 apples, 6 celery stalks, 1/2 of a cucumber, a handful of spinach, 3 collard greens, 3 kale leaves, a squeeze of lemon, and a hint of ginger. The addition of lemon and ginger makes this juice taste like green lemonade, which is something I personally like.

Green Supreme

The simplest combination of all six, this juice recommended for dinner is made of 5 apples, 1 bunch of kale, and 1/2 a lemon. Notice the amount of apples in this juice? Yes, those apples make this juice really sweet, which may not be liked by everyone.

Vanilla Cloud

This is one lovely treat to end your day. This honey-sweetened drink is made of 1/2 a coconut’s meat, a spoonful of honey, 12 almonds, a teaspoon of acerola cherry, and a pinch of cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg, which is really just the perfect blend to wrap up each day of your 3-day cleanse.

Preparations

Just like any other cleansing program or diets, Suja Juice requires planning and preparations. If you’re like me, who doesn’t drink alcohol and doesn’t take in a lot of caffeine and sugar, then I can say your transition to this 3-day cleanse might be a little easier. Before starting your Suja Juice 3 Day Fresh Start, maximize your consumption of fruits and vegetables while staying away from coffee, alcohol, red meat, dairy products, and other white flour products. The program also recommends that you take in warm water with lemon or just a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar on the first day of your cleanse before starting to drink your Suja Juice cleanse.
