This hydrating face mask made out of 1 egg white, ¼ ripe avocado, and 1 teaspoon of yogurt can make your skin smooth, healthy, and supple.  Creating it’s easy. Just mash the avocado and mix it with the egg white and 1 teaspoon of unsweetened yogurt.  Mix it well until you achieve a pasty consistency.  Using your fingers, apply an even amount onto your face.  Let it sit for about 15 minutes before washing it off with warm water.  Pat your face dry and enjoy that gorgeous looking skin!

Apple cider vinegar + sugar + honey

Apple cider vinegar helps unclog pores and gets rid of dead skin cells.  It also restores and helps maintain the natural pH of the skin, making your skin look young and fresh.  Honey has anti-inflammatory ingredients and is very good for moisturizing the skin.  And lastly, sugar works as an exfoliant that will have many benefits for your skin.  So, using all of these ingredients definitely makes sense!
